Our Work
Feline Protectors International (FPI) was officially formed in October 2026 and is 100% volunteer-run. While FPI's name is new, our small team of volunteers has been working tirelessly to dismantle online cat torture networks since 2023. We have successfully taken down multiple public websites and groups in connection with cat torture networks since 2023, and have compiled extensive evidence reports for Interpol, FBI, SMACC and BBC to use over the years.
The fight against cat torture networks can feel hopeless, especially when some information cannot be made public while official investigations are ongoing. Feline Protectors International (FPI) created two major programs for the public to help us effectively fight against cat torture networks globally:
1. Public Pressure Global Campaign
FPI has prepared a list of Global Actions the public can take to pressure major companies, social media platforms, and relevant authorities to take stronger action against cat torture networks. We also have Global Action Days, where advocates around the world unite to raise awareness on social media, demand accountability, and call for action.
The public can support FPI's direct efforts to identify, disrupt, and shut down online cat torture networks. These operations include investigating offenders and network activities, gathering and documenting evidence, submitting investigation reports to law enforcement agencies, filing takedown reports with online platforms, and working toward the removal of torture content, accounts, and networks.
Every action matters. Whether you participate in our global campaigns or support our investigations, you can help protect cats, hold offenders accountable, and bring these networks closer to being shut down.
